We will ask you a series of questions to determine what needs to be done with your vehicle. Once we get you checked in, we will offer you a fresh brewed cup of coffee and a muffin in our customer lounge. Our customer lounge has free wireless internet service, a 46” television and DVD player. Make yourself at home. We subscribe to half a dozen popular magazines and the most current issue is available. We also have the newspaper delivered everyday. Kick back and enjoy the peacefulness of some much deserved quiet time.
If you need to go home, to work, the mall or even the hospital, we will be happy to take you. We can even come back and pick you up! Our drop off and delivery service is just one thing we do to make getting your car fixed, that much easier.
We will diagnose your car and give you a very detailed estimate of the work that needs to be done today and even give you some tips on some preventative maintenance to help you avoid costly repairs. We take pride in our transparent approach. We will do everything we can to repair your car with high quality and still be very conscientious of your pocketbook. We will work hard to service our car as fast as possible, however, we do want to take sufficient time to do the job right. You would much rather us keep your car an extra hour than to take it home and have it break down again.
We make paying the bill easy. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards. We also offer a finance program through a local lending institution. And if all else fails, we do accept personal checks and believe it or not CASH! |
